By booking equipment or services through our website, you agree to our rental terms, including pricing, rental period, and responsibilities for care and return. A signed rental agreement may be required at the time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your rental.

Full payment is due 3 days before the event unless otherwise stated in your contract

Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the event date. Unless there are extenuating circumstances that can be verified

Delivery and pickup fees may apply based on location.

Items must be ready for pickup at the agreed time and in the same condition they were delivered.

Additional fees may apply for delays or damages.

You agree to:

Use rented items safely and for their intended purpose.

Return items clean and undamaged.

Be present or have a responsible party on-site during delivery and pickup.

You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rental items during the rental period.

Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the customer.

Our equipment is not guaranteed to withstand extreme weather. It is your responsibility to ensure safe conditions. Refunds are not issued for weather-related issues unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.

Evinnt rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur from the use of rental items. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper supervision and safety during use.

You may not misuse this website, attempt to access secure areas without authorization, or use our content without permission.
